Digistore24 Purchase and Refund Policy

This policy applies only to Aetos SEO Pro orders placed through Digistore24. Digistore24 is the consumer-facing reseller and processes the payment, invoice, eligible refund, and chargeback lifecycle. Aetos delivers the software license and product support.

60-day refund window

A Digistore24 customer may request a refund within 60 days after purchase. This marketplace-specific window applies only to orders placed through Digistore24. It does not replace the policy for purchases made directly through Aetos. The request is handled through Digistore24 and remains subject to mandatory consumer rights and the terms shown on the Digistore24 order form.

What the purchase includes

One Aetos SEO Pro license for the first activated WordPress domain
Pro auditing, reports, signed product updates, and support during each paid annual term
An annual subscription that renews automatically until canceled through Digistore24
Cancellation stops future renewal charges while access continues through the already paid term

Renewal and cancellation

The subscription renews annually using the payment terms displayed on the Digistore24 order form. You can cancel future renewals through the order-management link in your Digistore24 receipt. Cancellation does not refund the current paid period and does not end access before that period expires.

Effect of a refund or chargeback

A verified refund or chargeback ends the paid entitlement and revokes the related Pro license. Existing WordPress content is not deleted. The free Aetos SEO plugin can remain installed and active.

How to request help

Use the order-management link in your Digistore24 receipt for a refund request. For download, activation, or product-support issues, email support@aetosseo.com from the checkout email and include the Digistore24 order ID. Do not send passwords, private keys, or full payment-card details.

Original payment route

Approved refunds are returned through Digistore24 to the original payment route. Digistore24 and the customer's bank control the final posting time.
