1. License grant

Subject to these terms and payment of the applicable fee, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the Software on a single WordPress domain you own or operate. The license is bound to the domain at activation.

2. Restrictions

Do not use the same license on multiple domains, subdomains, or staging environments.
Do not redistribute, resell, or share the plugin ZIP.
Do not remove, modify, or bypass the license verification, integrity checks, or watermarks.
Do not reverse-engineer the plugin to extract cryptographic material.

3. Term and renewal

Pro and Agency licenses run for one year from activation. There is no auto-renewal. We email you 30 and 7 days before expiry. If you don't renew, the plugin stops auditing — your existing data and reports remain accessible read-only.

4. Refunds

All sales are final. No refunds. Aetos SEO is a digital software product that grants access to features and data exports (JSON, CSV, HTML reports) immediately on license activation. Because these exports are downloadable and retain value after refund, we cannot offer refunds once a license is issued.

Before purchasing, please:

Review the features list and the free Lite tool to confirm the product fits your needs.
Confirm the exact licensed domain — licenses are bound to one domain at activation. Domain transfers are limited (see section 5).
Email admin@nsrelmtagr.com with any pre-purchase questions.

Exception: if the license activation itself fails due to a fault on our side (server outage, build defect, infrastructure issue) and we cannot resolve it within 5 business days, we will issue a full refund.

4a. Right of withdrawal — Article 16(m) waiver

Under EU Distance Selling Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(m), consumers may waive the standard 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content delivered immediately upon purchase. By activating your Aetos SEO license, you confirm that performance has begun with your explicit consent and that you waive the 14-day right of withdrawal.

This waiver is collected at checkout via an explicit acknowledgment checkbox on the order form. It applies to Pro and Agency tiers and does not affect statutory rights for defective digital products under applicable consumer protection law.

5. Domain transfer

Pro licenses include 1 free domain transfer per year. Agency licenses include 1 transfer per site per year. Email us with the new domain and we'll move the license.

6. Revocation

We reserve the right to revoke a license that's used in violation of these terms (multi-domain abuse, redistribution, payment chargebacks). On revocation, the Software stops auditing within at most 7 days.

7. Warranties and liability

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your most recent annual license.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt (Egyptian Copyright Law No. 82/2002 applies). Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Cairo courts.

9. Acceptance

Installing or activating the Software constitutes acceptance of these terms.
