How is "score lift" measured?+
We use your Aetos audit score as the contracted baseline. Before kickoff, we agree on the exact score (and the timestamp). At the end of the engagement we re-run the audit. The delta is the score lift. If we miss the contracted minimum lift, we extend the engagement at no extra cost or refund the difference — whichever you prefer.
Do I need to already own a Pro license?+
Yes. The Score Improvement Service runs on top of your Pro audit. If you don't have one yet, the engagement quote covers a Pro license (1 year, your site) plus the service. Agency-tier customers get 20% off the service fee.
Who actually does the work?+
Abdallah Fathy and the Nsr Elmtagr Digital Marketing technical team in Egypt. The same team that built Aetos. We do not subcontract to freelance mills.
What if my score is already 80+?+
Then you probably don't need this service. The Pro plugin + Priority Actions list is usually enough — we'd rather you keep the money. If you want a second pair of eyes anyway, we offer a 1-hour paid consult ($150) instead of a full engagement.
How do you handle access?+
WordPress admin role for the duration of the engagement, hosting access only if needed for a specific fix (redirects, .htaccess, robots.txt). We sign an NDA on request and remove our access on close-out.
Refund / guarantee?+
If we don't hit the contracted score lift in the agreed duration, you choose: a free extension for the agreed remediation scope, or a pro-rated refund of the service fee. The Pro license stays yours. The exact baseline, target, exclusions, and verification run are written into the engagement before work starts.
