Refund Policy — Aetos SEO

1. Before the license is issued

You may ask us to cancel an unpaid order or a paid order that has not yet had a license issued. Contact support immediately and include the order email and order reference. If a payment has already settled, processor fees or currency-conversion differences may be non-refundable where permitted by law.

2. After the license is issued

Subject to mandatory consumer rights, sales become final once the license is issued. The software and its downloadable JSON, CSV, HTML, and PDF exports become available immediately and retain value after download.

3. Technical-delivery exception

If activation fails because of an Aetos server, build, or infrastructure fault, contact support with the order email, licensed domain, and a description of the error. If we cannot restore activation within 5 business days after receiving the information needed to reproduce the issue, we will issue a full refund.

4. What is not normally eligible

Changing your mind after the license has been issued.
Buying for an incompatible domain or workflow without checking the published requirements.
Third-party hosting, theme, plugin, firewall, or account issues outside Aetos control.
Failure to use available support or provide the information needed to reproduce a reported issue.
License suspension caused by redistribution, chargeback abuse, or another breach of the Terms.

5. How to request a review

Email support@aetosseo.com from the address used for the order. Include the order reference, licensed domain, reason for the request, and any relevant error text. Do not send passwords, private keys, or full payment-card details.

6. Processing

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment route where possible. The payment provider and your bank control the final posting time. Any additional statutory rights or payment-provider protections remain unaffected.
